After you add the item to your cart, go to view cart and there is a big white box below your order. Please add the Name and Number in this box.
UPDATE: A few people have mentioned the text box not working to add name and number, If that happens, no worries just place order then email us that info at riseocvolleyballclub@gmail.com. We will take care of the rest.
Double check spelling as we will copy and paste exactly what you add to avoid misspelling.
